The Barber Upgrade
The Barber Upgrade is a 2-day hands-on course built for barbers or hairstylists who want to get better with both fading and scissors.
This course is designed to help you tighten your understanding of precision haircutting.
Across two days, we break down the haircuts we see most often in the shop, then guide you through the techniques that make the biggest difference behind the chair.
Day 1 focuses on shape, technique, and the kind of everyday haircuts barbers do the most. We’ll break them down clearly, demo them live, and then have you practice on mannequins with guidance throughout.
Day 2 shifts into longer hairstyles, with a focus on scissor work and layering, including square layers and more advanced approaches to shape. This course is for barbers who already cut hair and want to sharpen their work, improve consistency, and feel more confident when moving between fading and scissor work.
